About Me

Professor Mollie | Nursing Professor MSN,RN 📚

Why I Started Creating Nursing Education

I started creating nursing education because I kept seeing students struggle to understand nursing concepts while feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and alone. As a nursing professor, I watched my students work incredibly hard while trying to teach themselves material that felt confusing and heavy.

I recognized that struggle immediately, because I remember how hard it was for me too.

Nursing school isn’t easy. The content is intense, the expectations are high, and support can sometimes feel limited. I wanted to create clear, approachable resources that truly help students understand nursing, not just memorize it. These are the nursing notes I wish I had when I was a student.

My Nursing & Teaching Background

I’ve been a nurse for many years and now teach full-time at the university level. My nursing experience spans pediatrics, critical care, and many areas in between, giving me a deep, real-world understanding of what nursing looks like beyond the classroom.

One of the most meaningful chapters of my career was serving as a nurse in the United States Air Force during 9/11. That experience deeply shaped my heart for service, education, and supporting others during some of their hardest moments.

My Mission for Nursing Students

Helping future nurses succeed is my dream and my purpose. Everything I create is made with compassion, real-world experience, and a genuine desire to support students through nursing school.

I started this for nursing students, and I continue so that thousands of students don’t feel alone as they work toward their goals.

You are capable.

You belong here.

You don’t have to do this alone.
