Refund policy

ProfessorMollie does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on Digital downloads (Notes or Artwork).  Once a digital download has been sent, it cannot be returned or exchanged.  SALE is FINAL.

For physical products: You must email ProfessorMollie with the issue within 14 days to be eligible for a return.

If you order a BUNDLE with combined Digital and Physical products, ONLY the physical product may be eligible for a return or exchange. The refund price will not include the digital price and will be deducted from the total. 

If the item is eligible to be returned,  the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Order number or packaging receipt 
  • Item (number) returning
  • Reason for the return


If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions.  Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Digital Downloads are non refundable and are not eligible for returns. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
Exchanges are not typically allowed.  Please email us if you have a defective or damaged item so we can help.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
